    We can prepare any presents in the decorated room if you mail or bring them to the hotel beforehand.
    *If you send something by post, please make sure to note your name(the name of the guest staying at the hotel) and check-in date on the label.

    Cancellation policy

    For cancellations within 3 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.


    Other important information

    1. If you would like to check in early (before 15:00) to check the design or prepare a surprise party, please let us know in advance.
      However, depending on the occupancy that day, we might not be able to check you in early.
    2. If you are staying for more than 2 nights and wish to have the room decorated after check-in, please make sure to leave the room between 11:00 and 15:00 so we have enough time to prepare.
    3. Please refrain from lighting candles in the room, as they might trigger the smoke alarm.
    4. Please don’t take home any decoration items (this does not include cakes, flowers and sparkling wine)
    5. Thank you for your reservation. An automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered into the form once your reservation has been confirmed.
      However, if you do not receive any confirmation email, please contact us directly or try filling in the form again. We ask for your understanding.



    About “Superior” and “Luxury” types

    You can pick one of 4 color themes:
    ①”Marshmallow” (pink + purple + white + clear)
    ② “Rose Garden” (red + white + gold + clear)
    ③”Champagne” (white + gold + black + clear)
    ④”Rainbow” mixed rainbow colors (random)
    ※Mixed rainbow colors might be different from the image photo depending on the stock status

    *Please note that the colors of foil balloons and garlands might differ from the ones pictured depending on availability (we stock gold, silver and rose gold colored foil balloons which go well with either of our designs).


    *Foil balloons/LED lights will be matched to your celebratory event
